This full-time position is integral to our client project focusing on Foreign Military Sales (FMS). Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define and architect Appian solutions that meet client specifications and expectations.
• Spearhead scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions utilizing Agile methodologies.
• Develop software solutions as an integral member of the delivery team.
• Mentor and foster the development of junior developers, enhancing their technical acumen and professional growth.

Required Skills
• 1 to 2 years of experience in leading software development teams specifically in Appian implementations.
• Demonstrable experience in database and system integrations.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on software development experience, preferably focusing on Appian.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and methodologies is essential.

Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a relevant technical field.
• U.S. citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance.

• The salary range for this role is set between (97,000 and )127,000 annually, taking into account experience, skills, education, certifications, and role-specific competencies.
