Support Bosch's HR team in talent development and training programs in a dynamic environment.
Your Role:
- Key responsibilities include:
- Support North American regional corporate HR team in Talent Development, Learning, and Training.
- Participate in strategic projects and operational responsibilities to enhance associate engagement and organizational growth.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing talent development and training programs.
- Participate in talent development information events.
- Manage content updates and marketing for talent development platforms.
- Collect, curate, and deploy content for learning program initiatives.
- Prepare regional talent review meetings.
- Assist in onboarding training vendors and creating marketing materials.
- Create and enhance PowerBI dashboards for HR data visualization.
- Perform other day-to-day duties and projects as needed.
About You:
- The ideal candidate will have:
- Enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- Minimum sophomore level standing with a 3.0 GPA.
- Experience in at least one project with documented deliverables.
- Ability to work onsite in Farmington Hills, MI, three days a week.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during summer.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Team-oriented mindset and self-starter attitude.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Creative mindset and knowledge in data analytics is a plus.
