We manage their applicant tracking systems, interviewing process, and their recruitment strategies, so all that’s left for the company to do is make the final hiring decision. Every candidate that applies to our clients’ companies receive a determination, are respected and valued, and are put through the same process, eliminating any concern for discrimination in their hiring process.

    Location:
  • Candidates must reside for the next year in one of the following states: AL, AR, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MS, MT, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WV, WI, WY
    Position Type:
  • Fully Remote
  • Full-time or Part-Time (Part-Time must work a minimum of 3 days, or 24+ hours per week)
  • Availability to work until 6:00pm ET or later

Pay Type: $11/hr - $12/hr, commensurate with experience

    Required Skills:
  • Strong proficiency with Google Docs and Sheets
  • Skilled in typing, using a personal computer, and a cell phone
  • Ability to multitask and work well on a remote team
  • Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
  • Adaptable, dependable, strong work ethic
  • Self-starter, initiator
  • Customer Service skills
  • Professional demeanor with clients and candidates
  • Ability to communicate effectively
    Responsibilities:
  • Source resumes using job boards, career sites, and social media to find quality candidates
  • Schedule and conduct phone or video interviews for posted positions
  • Coordinate the arrangement of 2nd interviews with restaurant leadership
  • Use applicant tracking system to manage recruiting process
  • Manage reference checking for applicants when necessary
  • Notify applicants of the status of their application, whether acceptance or rejection
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local colleges, high schools, churches, and other organizations for recruitment purposes
  • Effectively influence potential candidates to pursue opportunities with the company
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand(s)
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • All other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
