We’ll train you to deliver proven activities and coach you every step of the way!How does it work? Partnering with a teacher, you’ll help enhance learning. Whether talking, reading, writing, singing, or playing with students, you’ll be helping them to build early literacy and math skills.   • Be a caring adult who's focused on helping students thrive

  • Support reschoolers with learning activities thoughout the day

  • Track student progress and meet regularly with the school's on-site coach

  • Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores into tracking software

  • Commit to your own growth through coaching and training

  • Share your experience with community

Essential Qualifications

By the time you begin your services with Early Learning Corps, you should be:

  • Dependable and have a history of good attendance

  • Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback

  • Prolific in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)

  • Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing

  • 18 years of agle or older with a high school diploma or equivalent

  • A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States

  • Able to successfully complete a

Schedule

We are currently hiring for the 2025-26 school year. Positions run August 2025-June 2026.

  • 35 hours per week (less in weeks with holidays or school release days)

  • Daytime hours (correspond with school start and end times)

  • Monday - Friday (no weekends)

  • Time off on holidays and school release days

Part-time positions are also available at 25 hours per week!Compensation & Perks Package
Pay & Benefits

Full-time AmeriCorps members receive a paycheck (stipend) every two weeks. Compensation: $17.50 per hour served and additional perks!
