People | Excellence | Change | Integrity | Co-prosperity Role and Responsibilities We are seeking a strategic and analytical mid/long-term sales forecasting planner to join our team in the mobile industry. This role is responsible for developing accurate sales forecasts to support business decisions, ensuring alignment with promotion plans, trend analysis, and sales targets. The ideal candidate will combine data analytics, supply management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance and inventory management. This role requires occasional work outside of standard business hours to support the weekly system loading process. Role & Responsibilities Demand Forecasting & Analytics: Develop data-driven sales forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional impact analyses. Promotion Plan Integration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to incorporate upcoming promotional campaigns into sales planning models. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid stockouts or excess inventory. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, category, and sales teams to align demand forecasts with business objectives and market dynamics. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Generate reports detailing forecast accuracy, sales performance comparing target, and promotional impact; continuously refine forecasting methods. Promotion analysis: Utilize a historical database to improve prediction forecast accuracy and efficiency. Skills and Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Science, Analytics or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in planning, forecasting, or supply chain in the mobile or technology industry. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting tools, Excel, and data visualization platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage cross-functional teams. Ability to adapt to fast-changing market conditions and business needs.
