POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

    Title: Remote Customer Service Representative
  • Must have 2 years of call center experience.
  • Must have experience working remotely.
  • This position is remote but candidates must be located in Missouri.

Pay rate: $19.33/hr.

Schedule/Shift: Day shift with one weekend workday.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    Customer Service Representative team members will assist patients calling in with account management and overall support needs.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify customer's needs, research issues to provide alternatives or solutions.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Meet personal/team targets.
    WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU HAVE:
  • 2 years of previous call center experience.-REQUIRED
  • Remote experience.-REQUIRED
  • Personable and professional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Pharmacy or other patient care experience is a plus!!
  • Located in the State of Missouri.
