EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

As our new Senior Scrum Master you will be responsible for the implementation and oversight of scrum processes, coaching team members in scrum methodology, leading daily scrum meetings, and eliminating barriers to assure successful sprints. You will be expected to proactively collaborate with all stakeholders to; i) support release planning, ii) foster team decision-making, and iii) facilitate collaboration between the scrum team and product owner.The goal of this position is to ensure adherence to the processes and duties associated with Scrum Masters while using agile industry standards. You will be responsible for the administrative, coaching and leadership roles that make Scrum development possible.Some of the daily opportunities include: Coordinating and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies throughout the lifecycle.Facilitating and participating in the daily standup.Helping the team maintain their burndown chart.Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint.Removing obstacles that affect the team.Walking the product owner through more technical user stories.Encouraging collaboration between the Scrum team and product owner.

All remote work must be performed in Colorado. While candidates from out of state will be considered for this role, the candidate selected for the position must relocate and reside in Colorado on the first day of their new position.
