Work from Home – Intake Coordinator for ABA Therapy Practice
Aspen ABA is seeking a highly organized, warm, and self-motivated Intake Coordinator to join our remote administrative team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position, offering flexibility and independence while playing a key role in supporting families through the ABA therapy intake process.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the intake process for new clients
- Track and follow up on insurance authorizations
- Communicate with families and insurance providers in a clear, friendly, and professional manner
- Interpret and explain medical benefits to clients and caregivers
- Locate, organize, complete, and share a wide variety of documents
- Adapt to and manage tasks through our company’s internal systems
- Requirements:
- Medical office administration experience is a must
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a must: the candidate must be fluent in speaking, writing, and reading both English and Spanish
- Strong administrative and tech skills, including:
- Proficiency with email communication
- Comfort navigating Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.) or similar platforms
- Independent and reliable—able to meet deadlines without constant oversight
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Friendly, empathetic, and client-centered communication style
- Preferred:
- Experience working in an ABA therapy setting or knowledge of ABA services
