Job description: Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a REMOTE Customer Success Analyst to support a federal program. The Customer Success Analyst will manage customer/partner relationships and assist with onboarding new partners.

    Responsibilities for the Customer Success Analyst:
  • Communicate with partners and provide customer service with the product offerings.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify possible improvements and solutions to offer to partners and gather requirements from partners.
  • Maintain constant communication with the partners to identify and resolve issues, relay relevant system updates and offerings, and ensure there is a strong relationship at all times.
  • Conduct user acceptance or system testing.
  • Required Qualifications for the Customer Success Analyst include:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role
  • Experience with onboarding new customers or partners, gathering requirements, and maintaining relationships.
  • Experience with MS products (Word, Excel, PPT), Salesforce, and/ore Visio
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Candidate must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
  • Compensation for the Customer Success Analyst include:
  • Salary Range: $75,000-80,000**depending on experience**
