About the Team Workday, VNDLY is a next-generation vendor management SaaS platform designed for procurement executives, talent acquisition teams, suppliers and managed service providers (MSPs) to collaborate on the corporation's contingent workforce needs. We develop cloud software that helps our customers streamline the talent sourcing and acquisition process across a variety of sources including staffing agencies, job boards and freelance management systems. We want our software to be so easy to use our company name is literally short for "Vendor Friendly". At VNDLY, our software does all of the work for you, putting algorithms and data science to work in acquiring the right talent (Contractors or Full-time employees) and incorporating dashboards to provide complete visibility of the talent acquisition process.

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager who possesses a strong drive for results. Duties for the Technical Customer Success Manager include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing successful programs, uncovering growth opportunities, onboarding, and training clients, and maximizing client retention. You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer requests and complaints. Ability to manage expectations and partner with product management to help solve customer business problems. Successful candidates must have exceptional interpersonal skills, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Technical Customer Success Manager should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our customer base.

About You

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of Technical Account / Relationship Management experience within the human capital management space, such as VMS, MSP, or Master Vendor

Other Qualifications

Ability to navigate difficult conversations with customers and provide creative solutions to business problems

Ability to build relationships/trust (internally and externally) with cross-department teams

Strong problem solving & analytical skills; formulate solutions that deliver real business value

The confidence, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead customers, from technical personnel to C-level executives, in urgent or critical situations

You must be creative and entrepreneurial - a self-starter who is motivated by growing business

Well organized; handle multiple accounts & assignments simultaneously

Ability to travel for onsite client meetings Experience in document creation Patient and active listener

Passion for service

Experience working as customer success for a product like VNDLY

Experience with a SaaS models/application

Exposure/Experience working with other Vendor Managed Service Tools Overall knowledge of MSP and/or the VMS space is highly preferred Knowledge of customer success processes and methodologies Hard-working and proactive nature

Demonstrate leadership qualities

Working in a start-up environment Enjoys playing multiple roles
