In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional support through email and online chat. Your ability to communicate clearly, resolve issues efficiently, and uphold our commitment to excellent service will be essential in maintaining strong client relationships.Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and chat
- Provide clear, accurate information regarding our products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions
- Work closely with team members to ensure consistent and effective support
- Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and offerings to assist clients accurately
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role
