We are searching for an Occupational Registered Nurse to join our team in Corona, CA. This role will be instrumental in supporting the health and safety of our employees on the factory floor, maintaining Fender’s industry-leading safety standards, and driving ongoing wellness initiatives.
- Essential Functions:
- Provide clinical nursing care for the management of occupational health conditions.
- Perform follow-up care/treatment with employees to ensure effectiveness of medical interventions.
- Lead and coordinate health promotion initiatives such as screenings and health-related education.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for employees and workplace incidents.
- Coordinate wellness programs, employee health fairs, and related activities.
- Provide referrals to Employee Assistance Programs and other internal/external resources.
- Assess and follow up on environmental exposures, including medical and physical hazards.
- Facilitate ergonomic evaluations and reasonable accommodation requests.
- Collaborate with HR, Security, and Facilities on safety, compliance, and employee well-being.
- Participate in clinical nursing audits and develop strategies to ensure 100% compliance.
- Stay informed on site-specific risks (chemical, biological, physical) and lead mitigation initiatives.
- Develop, document, and implement medical procedures and workplace health protocols.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Qualifications:
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience; at least 3 years in occupational health.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
- Familiarity with regulatory areas such as ADA, OSHA, FMLA, Workers’ Comp, STD/LTD.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record software.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a sense of urgency.

If this is a remote position, the pay scale disclosed herein may be adjusted further based upon the applicable geographic differential associated with the location from which the successful candidate will work. Please note that it is not typical for a Fender employee to be at or near the top of the pay scale for their role – especially as a new hire – and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Subject to the foregoing, the current pay scale for this position is $70,000 to $125,000 per year.
